    FLYING, DELIVERY OR SHIPPING

Interested in a puppy, but don't live close enough to make a visit? We are glad to provide a couple options!!!

*Fly your puppy home with you! If flying is necessary, then please let me say that flying into Missoula, MT. yourself is the best of options to pick your puppy up.  This assures the comfort, care and loving touch your puppy will long for during this transition. When checking for flights, be sure to ask the airlines if the puppy needs to be older than 8 weeks!

*We'll drive to meet you! We'll drive up to 50 miles (perhaps a bit more) in your direction to make your trip shorter or to deliver your puppy! The charge will be .80 cents a mile,  round trip to cover the cost of fuel, wear and tear on our car, and for our time. We use Google Maps to determine the exact mileage of the trip. We also ask that if you are having your puppy delivered to you that you pay in cash for the puppy and for our delivery when we meet with you.

* Have the puppy shipped For most airlines, shipping is NOT available, but if the airlines are open for shipping puppies,  perhaps you could have your puppy flown to the nearest major airport in your area! There will be an additional charge to cover the cost of the airline's shipping ticket, mileage to transport puppy to the airport, an extra puppy wellness check by our vet, and a suitable travel crate.  Your puppy should arrive at your airport safe and sound with love and care. It will be necessary to know the scheduled shipping flight in order to get your puppy to the vet for the wellness check papers no more than 10 days prior to shipping. To have a puppy shipped we must ask that you pay the total cost in advance.  Upon handing the puppy over to the care of the airline, we are not responsible for it's delivery.

Please note if you are having your puppy shipped to you:

Two "Puppy Sale Agreement" forms can be printed from the "Deposits/Payments" page under the "More Information" button above. These need to be filled out and sent to us.  One that we've signed will be returned to you. Or we can send copies through email.  Please contact us to receive our address.
If shipping, the airlines do not allow us to attach anything extra to the crate. Your puppy will only have water and food enough to reach his destination and the paper work necessary to fly. Your pup's medical records will be mailed to you as soon as possible.  Please have Purina Pro Plan, chicken & rice puppy food on hand before your puppy arrives.  This is the food he is accustom to.  If you choose to change the food you give your puppy, it is helpful to do so slowly by mixing the two kinds of food until the puppy is totally on the new type of food. This makes the transition easier on their little digestion system. Using a puppy formula ensures the best results during the pup's first year of rapid growth. Its a good idea to bring water for your puppy's ride home from the airport in case his/her water was spilled on the flight.

Q. Where can you ship my puppy?

A. We can ship your new puppy anywhere that United airlines will fly to. We have chosen United because we believe they take the best care that can be offered to the puppy.

Q. Where will I pick up my puppy?

A. It will depend on your airport. You can look up your pick up location as you contact the airlines.

Q. Do I need anything to pick up my puppy?

A. You will need your ID and your confirmation number from your puppy's flight which we will send you as soon as the flight is arranged. We also recommend having a clean, old towel for your puppy to lay on in case of any potential messes. Also have fresh puppy food and water to offer your puppy.

Q. What is the best way to pay?

A. A Money Order or Zelle is the preferred means of making a payment from a long distance.

Q. What if the puppy is not as expected?

A. We do everything we can to make sure we give a completely accurate description of your new puppy. The transaction is final unless circumstances comply with our health guarantee. Returning the puppy would be at your expense.
